Social Media And The Church – Is It Working?
Social media is in its infancy and we are learning on a daily basis the social impact it can have.
Has the church been able to find the right application for social media? Is it a place for community, a place to dispense news, or a place of sanctuary for those seeking? My guess is that many churches have yet to define their reason for presence online. But that’s okay…we are all trying.
The beauty of social media is that we can learn from each other.
We can share successes and failures.
Has your ministry defined goals for social media?
What are those goals?
Have those goals been achieved?
It’s growing exponentially…and it’s here to stay.
