The Creative Communications department at Sugar Creek Baptist Church has a summer internship available for graphic designers. If you are currently enrolled in a college or university, and are pursuing a degree in a field related to graphic design, you are encouraged to be a part!

• The summer intern program runs 11 weeks from May 24 to August 6, 2010. Interns are expected to be available for the entire program. Interns may be invited to work additional weeks before and after the program if their schedules allow.
• Interns are paid a stipend of $150 per week.
• Interns are required to attend Sunday worship services at Sugar Creek Baptist Church for the length of the program.

Email the following to me at bchandler@sugarcreek.net by May 17:

• Cover letter detailing why you are applying for the internship, your current course of studies, your Christian testimony, and any other information we should know to help us consider you for acceptance.
• Resume containing your current contact information, work history, education history, software and equipment knowledge and any other relevant abilities.
• Letter of recommendation from a supervising college instructor.
• Links to online examples of your work. You may also mail copies of portfolio pieces or demo reels to the church as long as they are received by the application deadline.
